The topping-out ceremony for the first 15 townhouses took place in the VIDE Ādaži residential area, developed by real estate developer Invego. Construction company Mitt & Perlebach plans to complete the first homes of the €20 million project by the summer of 2025.
This is a unique project in Latvia, as the residential area consists exclusively of A-class energy-efficient townhouses that meet the highest standards of modern energy efficiency and functional design. “I would call it a Scandinavian family living dream that is now taking root in Latvia,” said Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
According to Sales Manager Henrijs Skujiņš, the entire Ādaži area is known for its well-thought-out infrastructure and green environment. It is ideal for families who value peace and privacy while still wanting to stay close to the convenience of the city. “More and more people are choosing well-designed and unified developments that not only offer high-quality homes but also a visually appealing and harmonious living environment,” explains Henrijs Skujiņš.
The new project is located in Ādaži, just a short drive from the capital, and features one- and two-story A-class energy-efficient buildings arranged with comfortable spacing, offering greater privacy. Each home includes its own garden and a large terrace with direct access from the living room—an ideal extension of the living space. In addition, the living rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, making the space feel even more open and providing ample natural light. The architectural design was created by Uldis Bērziņš from Tectum Engineering.
