The construction company “Mapri Būve” has started the construction of a new apartment building complex “Skanstes Rezidences” on Grostonas Street 9, near the Riga city center with stunning views across the city. The new project worth over 10 million euros will consist of two buildings with 67 apartments in total and will be completed by the beginning of 2026.
The project “Skanstes Rezidences” is executed by leading Estonian developers Invego and Reterra. “Company “Mapri Būve” is an experienced constructor with an extensive portfolio and we are confident in their ability to realize our vision of “Skanstes Rezidences” – to create premium-class residences that combine elite architecture and future technologies,” says Kristjan-Thor Vähi adding that exactly the same developers are already working together on a multi-apartment district “Parka kvartāls” where SIA “Mapri Būve” is also involved as constructor partner.
