The 10-hectare seaside area of the Luccaranna development consists of 30 buildings and is planned as a unified architectural whole. The aim is to ensure privacy and luxury as a historically natural Kadrioru-type area, which has blocks consisting of small apartment buildings, where cars have been moved to the edge of the block, ensuring greenery between the houses and a car-free living environment.
The entire residential area is connected by a unique linear park with a boardwalk at its centre. When placing the buildings and planning the area, we have paid particular attention to the separation of private and public space. In total, we will build 11 triple villas and 16 small apartment buildings. The first homes will be completed in autumn 2022.

Tiskreoja is a large development a few minutes away from Haabersti by Rannamõisa road. The Tiskreoja residential area is setting a new standard for the future. Silves Hills is located in Southern Portugal, in the Algarve region, 15 minutes away from the picturesque town of Silves, in complete privacy amidst the Monchique mountains. The 65-hectare area will feature a total of 154 individual villas, each with its own private pool. The design of the area has paid special attention to preserving the existing idyllic natural environment. For leisure activities, various sports facilities such as tennis and padel courts will be created. Nearby, there are various hiking trails. The clubhouse will include a gym, a restaurant, a café, and a coworking zone.
The Tabasalu kodu complex will bring new modern homes right into the heart of Tabasalu. In total, four townhouses and four apartment buildings with a hundred stylish homes will be built in the new development, designed and thought through to the last detail by top Estonian architecture firm PIN. During the restoration of a three-story wooden house with a stone sublevel, eight cozy apartments with a historical feel, but meeting modern standards, were built there. The apartments vary in size (47-130 m²). In many apartments, old parquet floors, old doors and gorgeous pot stoves have been restored.

Residential and commercial building in the heart of Tallinn city centre on Pronksi street. Built in 1938, the building was completely renovated by the end of 2015. The aim of the renovation was to give the old house, which was in bad condition, a new life with high-quality architecture and living environment.
