Building permits have been issued for the Keila Pargikodud project developed by Invego, and construction work has now begun, carried out by NOBE. The new residential district, comprising a total of 120 apartments, comes with a construction cost of €17 million. The first homes are expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
“The permits are in place, and construction of the first phase is already underway. Our cooperation with the local municipality in Keila has been highly constructive, and Pargikodud will become a beautiful, green residential area offering ample privacy,” said Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego. He added that interest in Keila Pargikodud has been strong even before construction began. “Thanks to excellent connections to Tallinn, Keila is also attractive to those who work closely with the capital but wish to live in a quieter environment,” Vähi explained.
The residential district, located on the edge of Keila’s central pine park, will span a total of 30,000 square meters and is designed with a strong focus on preserving green areas and integrating with the park landscape. “Keila Pargikodud will be built to blend into the surrounding forest, creating a pleasant and cohesive living environment with plenty of privacy for residents,” Vähi noted.
Keila Pargikodud will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, offering a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces. The development is designed by Apex Arhitektuuribüroo.
