In the Uus-Järveküla residential district developed by real estate company Invego, 11 new homes celebrated their topping-out ceremonies at once – marking a major milestone and recognizing the excellent work of construction company NOBE.
According to Invego’s Head of Sales, Markus Külaviir, nearly 30 homes in this year’s phase of the Uus-Järveküla development – composed exclusively of terraced and semi-detached houses – have already found owners. “Homebuyers have become more informed and more demanding. As a result, they tend to choose developments with a clear vision that offer a thoughtfully planned and well-rounded living environment,” Külaviir explained, adding that nearly two-thirds of all homes in Uus-Järveküla have now been sold.
“In the shifting winds of the past couple of years, developers have responded in different ways. We and our builder have stuck firmly to our original plans, which has kept construction in Uus-Järveküla moving at a good pace and on schedule,” said Külaviir, praising NOBE for their strong performance to date.
Uus-Järveküla is a fully integrated residential district designed for families who wish to live close to nature, just outside the city, and who value the greater privacy that terraced and semi-detached homes provide compared to apartment buildings. All homes come with private gardens and large terraces. Shops, schools, and kindergartens are within walking distance, and the area offers excellent transport connections to the city by both public transit and car.
Uus-Järveküla is being developed by Invego, with EfTEN Capital’s EfTEN United Property Fund acting as the financial partner. The project was designed by PIN Arhitektid, and construction is being carried out by NOBE. A total of 165 terraced and semi-detached homes will be built in Uus-Järveküla, with a total investment of €40 million.
