Invego has selected NOBE as the construction partner for the Keila Pargikodud residential development. The total cost of building the new district, which will comprise 120 apartments, is €17 million. The first homes are expected to be completed in 2025.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, NOBE’s strong bid was further supported by the companies’ successful past collaboration on the Tiskreoja, Tabasalu Kodu, Luccaranna, and Uus-Järveküla residential developments. “Choosing a construction partner is a key strategic decision for any new development, and for Invego, a good price is never the only consideration. We want to build homes for people with the same care we would apply if building for ourselves, which is why it’s essential that our construction partner shares the same values,” Vähi emphasized.
The residential district, to be developed on the edge of Keila’s central pine park, will cover a total of 30,000 square meters and is designed with a strong focus on green space and parkland. “Keila Pargikodud will be built to blend naturally with the surrounding forest, creating a pleasant, cohesive living environment that also ensures sufficient privacy for residents,” explained Vähi.
The Keila Pargikodud residential district will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, offering a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces. The architectural design is by Apex Arhitektuuribüroo.
