Real estate developer Invego has launched the second phase of the €40 million Uus-Järveküla residential district, with 30 new terraced and semi-detached homes set to be completed in the first half of 2025.
“In recent months, we’ve sold a dozen new terraced and semi-detached homes in Uus-Järveküla, which is a solid result. The market is certainly calmer than it was two or three years ago, but well-planned developments that offer added value continue to sell,” explained Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, on the decision to proceed with the next phase of construction.
According to Vähi, today’s typical homebuyer carefully considers multiple options before making a decision. “The peak of ‘off-plan’ sales is behind us for now. At the same time, strong developers continue to do what they do best, and the value they create is both visible and tangible to buyers,” he said, adding that starting the new phase is also important for the dozens of families already living in Uus-Järveküla. “Invego’s strength lies in developing complete residential districts—and that sense of fulfillment only comes when the entire area is finished,” Vähi emphasized.
In total, the Uus-Järveküla development will include 165 terraced and semi-detached homes for families seeking to live close to nature, just outside the city, and who value the privacy and natural setting that apartment living cannot offer. Uus-Järveküla features convenient access to shops, schools, and kindergartens, as well as excellent connections to the city via both public transport and car. The second phase will include the construction of three terraced buildings and eight new semi-detached homes along Uus-Järveküla road and Kindluse road.
