After a few quiet years in the development of premium real estate in Riga, a new A-class project called “Skanstes Rezidences” has been launched. It will feature 67 exclusive apartments located at Grostonas Street 9, near “Arena Riga.”
This project is being carried out by two of Estonia’s leading real estate developers – “Invego” and “Reterra.” “The Skanste district is rapidly evolving, becoming increasingly modern and dynamic, and this new residential project will stand out as a pinnacle of architectural artistry with sustainable solutions,” says Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of “Invego.”
The new project will consist of two eight-story buildings connected by a shared lobby and a large underground parking garage. “Dividing the project into two buildings is one of the key strengths of the architects’ vision, as it offers each apartment much broader views and ensures significantly more natural light,” emphasizes Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
To improve the indoor climate, each apartment will have its own ventilation and cooling system, as well as underfloor heating. The buildings will be connected to a centralized heating system, and energy piles will be constructed to enhance the energy efficiency of the buildings. The luxurious design and architecture will also be reflected in the interior solutions and materials used throughout the buildings.
“Skanstes Rezidences” will be located at Grostonas Street 9. The pre-booking phase has begun, construction of the project will commence in the second quarter of this year, and it is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. This is not the first time “Invego” and “Reterra” have jointly developed a project in Riga – construction of the second phase of their “Parka Kvartāls” project is currently underway.
