The cornerstone has been laid for Keila Pargikodud, a new residential development with a total investment of €17 million. The first homes in the 120-unit district are scheduled for completion next autumn.
Located next to Keila’s central pine park, the residential district will span 30,000 square meters and is designed with a strong emphasis on preserving green areas and parkland. “The buildings of Keila Pargikodud will blend seamlessly with the surrounding forest, creating a cohesive living environment that offers residents a high degree of privacy,” said Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of real estate developer Invego. He added that integrating the buildings with the park and mature trees has presented an above-average challenge for the architects at Apex Arhitektuuribüroo, but it has also been an inspiring opportunity that requires designing in harmony with the location and its unique characteristics.
According to Vähi, Keila is increasingly favored by families who want to live in a peaceful and safe environment while still enjoying convenient access to Tallinn. Keila’s rapid development and excellent infrastructure make it a particularly attractive place to live. “As developers, we’ve experienced genuine cooperation and support from the city’s leadership to ensure the best outcome for future residents. It feels like the entire city is growing with the same positive energy,” Vähi said, praising the productive collaboration with the local municipality.
The Keila Pargikodud residential area will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, offering a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces. The development will also feature well-designed recreational areas and a playground with attractions for children of various ages. All homebuyers will receive a five-year construction warranty from Invego, giving new homeowners peace of mind and the ability to settle comfortably into their new homes. Pargikodud is located in a lush green area just steps away from Keila’s health trails, water park, and school.
