Real estate developer Invego has announced a €75 million investment in new modern residential district on Vitolu Street, just minutes from Riga’s city center. The development will feature 360 homes, with the first phase of apartments has just now opened for bookings. The first two residential buildings are set to be completed and ready for residents to move in by summer 2026.
According to vision of the experienced team at “RUUME arhitekti” the new project will feature eight seven-story apartment buildings surrounded by a park with multiple courtyards, playgrounds and sport areas. “This new residential complex is located in a highly advantageous location, where all essential for everyday life is nearby – kindergartens, schools, shops and well-connected public transport network. Just a few minutes away from the city center, “Vītolu Parks” will serve as a peaceful, green oasis in the middle of the vibrant capital,” comments “Invego” CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
According to Invego’s CEO, special attention will be given to ensure that “Vītolu parks” particularly suitable for families with children: “One of our priorities is to create a healthy living environment that enhances the well-being and happiness of families. In this new project, we are focusing on both the thoughtful design of living spaces and the well-equipped outdoor area, where the residents of the buildings will be able to enjoy recreation in the fresh air and children will have a friendly environment for outdoor activities.”
The Vītolu Parks apartment complex will feature 360 modern homes, with architectural diversity achieved by using three different house styles, unique balcony solutions, and varied roof configurations. Both surface and underground parking options will be available for residents’ convenience. Additionally, the complex will include commercial spaces for essential services such as a café, hairdresser, dry cleaner, and other amenities. The project will be completed in four phases, with the first buildings ready by the summer of 2026.
