Construction begins today on the second phase of Keila Pargikodud residential development

Today, construction company NOBE began work on the second phase of Keila Pargikodud, a €17 million residential development by Invego. The new phase will add 40 homes, scheduled for completion by the end of next summer.

According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, one fifth of the homes in the second phase had already been sold before construction began. “Buyers see the surrounding park-like woodland as one of the development’s greatest assets, providing the homes with just the right balance of privacy and greenery. Spacious layouts and large balconies and terraces, designed as natural extensions of the living room, are also highly valued,” Vähi explains. He adds that when choosing a new home, buyers are increasingly paying attention to details like these, which together create a well-rounded living environment for the future.

According to Vähi, many Keila Pargikodud residents have previously lived in the same area, and for them, moving to the development represents a significant improvement in quality of life. “At the same time, the development has also attracted people moving from the capital who are looking for a more peaceful lifestyle. Keila has excellent connections to Tallinn, with trains alone running 50 times a day in each direction,” Vähi explains. He adds that even more impressive has been the development of Keila itself in recent years. “New services and leisure opportunities have been added one after another, not to mention kindergartens and schools,” says the Invego CEO. Examples include the recently completed Keila Keskus shopping and leisure centre with its own cinema, the award-winning song festival grounds, and a wide range of sports facilities, from a swimming pool to cross-country skiing trails.

Keila Pargikodud consists of six A-energy-class apartment buildings with a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments featuring balconies and terraces. The development also includes thoughtfully designed recreation and play areas, including a small adventure park for children. In addition, every homebuyer receives a five-year construction warranty from Invego, giving new owners peace of mind about their investment and allowing them to settle comfortably into their new home. Keila Pargikodud is set in a mature, green environment just a short walk from Keila’s health trails, water centre and Keila School.
