Verve a new-generation row houses are located in the primeval forest of Viimsi, rich in mature greenery, where nature shapes the entire living environment. The architecture is in harmony with nature – the buildings are positioned and articulated to preserve the existing forest, large trees, and natural terrain, while ensuring that each home has a private, calm living space surrounded by greenery.

As a unique architectural concept, the row houses are designed back-to-back, which makes the buildings significantly more energy-efficient and allows for larger window surfaces and more natural light. The stepped building layout creates privacy in the courtyard areas, while the home floor plans are compact, logical, and free of corridors – every square meter is genuinely in use.

Invego and EfTEN United Property Fund will establish a Uus-Järveküla housing estate of a total of 165 terraced houses and semi-detached houses in the rural municipality of Rae.

There is no other development of terraced houses of such large scale on the outskirts of Tallinn and probably will not be. Uus-Järveküla, to be built in Rae Parish, is a great place for families with children. On the one hand, there are very good daycare centers, schools and other necessities of life in the immediate vicinity, and all surrounded by beautiful nature. On the other hand, there is the proximity to the city center, the road network and convenient connections. The first phase of the development will be completed in the spring of 2023.

The 10-hectare seaside area of the Luccaranna development consists of 30 buildings and is designed as one architectural whole. The aim is to provide privacy and luxury similar to our Kadriorg area that is historically so inherent to Estonians, consisting of small quarters of apartment buildings where cars are being left at the border of the quarter, thus creating a green and car-free living environment between the buildings.

The residential area is tied together by a unique linear park with a boardwalk in the middle. We have paid special attention to the separation of private and public spaces in building placement and area planning. We will build 11 triplex villas and 16 small apartment buildings in total. The first homes will be completed in the autumn of 2022.
