Until the end of October, we offer a unique opportunity in Invego’s residential developments to exchange your old home for a new one! This offer is valid in Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla, and Keila Pargikodud residential areas.

If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity and use your current home as a down payment for your new one, here’s how it works:

• Choose your new home in Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla, or Keila Pargikodud.
• Let our sales representative know that you’d like to use our offer to find a buyer for your current home.
• Invego specialists will inspect your current home and provide a valuation.
• After that, Invego’s commission will make you a buyout offer. We can make offers for homes or plots located in Tallinn and its nearby municipalities, as well as in Tartu and Pärnu. The buyout price will depend on the specific property, its location, and other factors, based on our specialists’ evaluation.
• If you accept our offer, we will sign an agreement for the purchase of your new home and an agreement to find a buyer for your current home. Invego’s sales team will look for a buyer for your current home until your new one is completed. The minimum sales period for your old home is 3 months. If no buyer is found by the time your new home is ready, Invego will buy your current home and deduct the agreed amount from the price of your new home.

The campaign runs from 20.09 – 31.10.2025.
