BOOKING AN APARTMENT<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The client will enter into a booking agreement, which shall be valid until the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations (up to 4 weeks). In order to confirm their purchase desire, the buyer will make an advance payment in the amount of 5,000 euros upon entry into the booking contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONTRACT UNDER THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A notarial sales contract under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client, agreeing on all details of the transaction. The payment of 15% of the value of the sales-purchase transaction by the buyer is a prerequisite for the contract under the law of obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REAL RIGHT CONTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Once the building is finished, a notarial real right contract will be concluded, the buyer will pay the remaining part of the sales-purchase price and the ownership of the apartment will be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE PRICE OF THE CONTRACT INCLUDES<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

> final completion of the apartment \/ terraced house in accordance with project documentation;
> fee for the establishment of and connection to the utility network (water, electricity, sewage, heating, ventilation);
> readiness for data communication.
> The five year guarantee is valid for all clients who have signed a contract under the law of obligations from 19.10.2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE PRICE OF THE CONTRACT DOES NOT INCLUDE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

> parking space, storeroom;
> notarial fees and state fee for entry into the sales contract (paid by the buyer);
> connection charges for data communication, cable TV, telephone communication and security.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
