The social media sensation behind the account sendid_miljoniks<\/em>, \u00c4nnifriid P\u00f5der, took on a challenge a couple of months ago: to create a stylish, distinctive, and inspiring dream home in the Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla <\/a>residential area\u2014one you\u2019d want to move into right away. An interior design enthusiast, \u00c4nnifriid gladly embraced the challenge, and the newly completed model home has already received praise from both prospective buyers in Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla and followers of sendid_miljoniks<\/em>. \u201cWe didn\u2019t impose any boundaries or force a specific vision\u2014we let the creator\u2019s imagination fly, so the final result was a surprise even to us,\u201d said Sandra Alliksaar, sales manager at Invego, who was very pleased with the collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ground floor features calm, nature-inspired tones and materials, while the upper floor introduces bolder design choices. \u201cIn the kitchen, dark veneer was used, which pairs beautifully with the green accents in the living room. The second floor adds a bit more pop\u2014for example, the bedroom and home office combine timeless dark blue and rust red. The children\u2019s room continues with a softer shade of blue, accented with beige,\u201d explained Alliksaar, adding that all the furniture used in the interior design came from Aatrium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Alliksaar, the designer captured the essence of the entire Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla development well. The residential area, consisting of two-story terraced homes, emphasizes a close-to-nature feel and privacy. \u201cEach home has its own terrace and private yard space\u2014perfect for enjoying the sun on a warm day or hosting summer BBQs with friends,\u201d said Alliksaar, adding that the family-friendly neighborhood offers plenty of activities for residents of all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The newly completed courtyard area in Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla features a playground with an EPDM surface. At its center is a unique four-stage adventure course designed for younger children, as well as a sandbox and swings that offer play options for kids of various ages. \u201cThe whole area is crossed by a winding light-traffic path over 250 meters long, which offers playful opportunities for walkers, scooter riders, and cyclists alike,\u201d Alliksaar said, describing the diverse courtyard environment. She also listed several outdoor amenities and sports facilities: a year-round ping-pong table, a modern outdoor gym, and a beach volleyball court with special sand designed just for that purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alliksaar noted that Invego is the only developer that offers a 5-year construction warranty on its homes. \u201cThis five-year warranty covers everything that comes with the apartment\u2014from ventilation systems and heating units to the parquet and faucets,\u201d she explained, adding that this gives new homeowners peace of mind so they can comfortably settle in without worry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
