He also highlighted the growing popularity of bodyweight training. “We noticed that interest in calisthenics was rising in our outdoor gyms, so we brought in a professional trainer to lead group workouts for residents of Luccaranna and Tiskreoja. This way, everyone can learn how to use the equipment correctly and avoid injuries,” V\u00e4hi said, adding that this is a pilot project for the autumn season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
