A topping-out ceremony was recently held for the first phase of the Keila Pargikodud residential district, which is set to be completed by the end of the year. With a total investment volume of \u20ac17 million, the ceremony celebrated the efforts of the construction company NOBE, as acknowledged by the developer, Invego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
