The new project worth over 10 million euros will consist of two buildings with 67 apartments in total and will be completed by the beginning of 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/skanstes.lv\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Skanstes Rezidences<\/a>\u201d is executed by leading Estonian developers Invego and Reterra. \u201cCompany \u201cMapri B\u016bve\u201d is an experienced constructor with an extensive portfolio and we are confident in their ability to realize our vision of \u201cSkanstes Rezidences\u201d \u2013 to create premium-class residences that combine elite architecture and future technologies,\u201d says Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi adding that exactly the same developers are already working together on a multi-apartment district \u201cParka kvart\u0101ls\u201d where SIA \u201cMapri B\u016bve\u201d is also involved as constructor partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur desire is to add something completely new and unique to Riga&#8217;s real estate market. The vision of the project is to create a seamless fusion of architecture, landscape design and art into one unified entity,&#8221; says Reterra CEO Reigo Randmets and reveals that the project has already generated a lot of interest with over 15 apartments being sold even before the construction was started. &#8220;Buyers are impressed not only by the architecture and design of the buildings, but also by the views overlooking Riga. Additionally, the location of the project \u2013 just a short distance from the city center &#8211;&nbsp; is a key factor.
