The third phase of development for the “Parka Kvart\u0101ls” residential district has officially begun, with construction starting on two new apartment buildings. The construction work of the project in which real estate developers Invego and Reterra are investing 13 million euros in total is carried out by \u201cMapri B\u016bve\u201d and will be completed by the end of 2025.   <\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the successful sellout of the district\u2019s first phase and the completion of the second phase, the momentum continues with high demand for the upcoming apartments.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of the area\u2019s original trees, including those of local and national importance, have been carefully retained. Reigo Randmets, CEO of Reterra, explains, \u201cWe prioritized integrating the existing trees into the design to ensure that \u201cParka Kvart\u0101ls\u201d lives up to its name. The result is a thoroughly landscaped area with paved pedestrian paths and a playground, creating an ideal environment for families.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situated at the intersection of Dign\u0101jas, Tumes, Maz\u0101s St\u0113rstu, and St\u0113rstu streets, “Parka Kvart\u0101ls” offers the best of both worlds \u2013 proximity to Riga\u2019s city center and the tranquility of a green, peaceful setting. Essential amenities such as schools, kindergartens, shops, sports centers, and parks are conveniently nearby. The project will consist of three five-story buildings and one four-story building, totaling 120 apartments. All units are designed to meet A-class energy efficiency standards.
