The neighbourhood, consisting of five terraced houses in energy class A, will comprise a total of 58 homes, and the total investment in the project exceeds 18 million euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The construction works of the Verve development, being built near the Viimsi Open Air Museum, are carried out by NOBE, and the first homes will be completed as early as next year. &#8220;With Verve, built in the old-growth forest of Haabneeme, it is important for us to create a living environment in which a nature-close lifestyle, modern architecture and energy-efficient solutions merge into a single whole more than usual. Both the sea and the centre of Viimsi with all its useful infrastructure are conveniently close,&#8221; comments Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, head of Invego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the time construction began, almost half of the homes in the first two buildings of thdevelopememt had been sold, and the developer has just opened public sales of the third building as well. Verve differs from conventional terraced houses through an innovative solution developed by Invego, in which the homes are positioned back to back instead of the usual side-by-side layout. This makes the buildings considerably more energy-efficient, allows more natural light and larger window surfaces to be brought into the homes, and gives each yard area more privacy. The layouts of the homes are compact and without large hallways, which makes it possible to use all the available space as practically as possible. The architectural solution for Verve was created by Arhitekt11, and Stuudio Punktiir is responsible for the landscape architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the head of Invego, one of Verve&#8217;s most important strengths is its location and the environment surrounding it. &#8220;Verve is located in a green and naturally diverse area, and in planning the entire residential quarter we have proceeded from preserving the existing environment. The buildings are positioned and articulated so that as much of the existing forest, large trees and natural relief as possible is retained, and so that each home has a private, peaceful living space surrounded by greenery,&#8221; V\u00e4hi describes, adding that schools, kindergartens and other infrastructure needed for everyday life are also nearby.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Real estate developer Invego has started construction of the Verve residential development in Haabneeme, Viimsi municipality.
