According to Invego Group O\u00dc\u2019s consolidated audited annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, published today, a total of 183 new homes were sold under the Invego brand last year, generating total sales revenue of \u20ac48 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As at the end of the year, Invego Group O\u00dc had total assets of \u20ac184 million, equity of \u20ac49 million and an equity ratio of 27%. Consolidated revenue for the financial year amounted to \u20ac18 million, EBITDA to \u20ac15 million and net profit to \u20ac10 million, more than double the \u20ac4.7 million recorded a year earlier. Total sales revenue from all projects developed under the Invego brand amounted to \u20ac48 million; however, this also includes projects that are not part of the Invego Group O\u00dc group, as well as associates whose financial data is not consolidated on a line-by-line basis under IFRS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invego sold a total of 183 new homes in 2025, representing a 55% increase compared with 2024. In Estonia, Invego completed the development of the 500-home Tiskreoja residential area in 2025, continued the development of Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla, Luccaranna and Keila Pargikodud, and prepared for the launch of the Verve residential development in the first quarter of 2026. In Latvia, Invego continued the development of Parka Kvartals, Vide \u0100da\u017ei, V\u012btolu Parks, M\u0101rupes Sirds, Skanstes Rezidences and Miera Rezidences, while preparing for the launch of Tor\u0146akalna Terases and Nordale in the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 2025 financial year, Invego completed Krulli Park, its largest commercial real estate development to date. The anchor tenant of the business district, located in North Tallinn, is Wise, one of Europe\u2019s leading financial technology companies. The development comprises 36,000 m\u00b2 of gross leasable area, with rental income exceeding \u20ac5.5 million in 2025. The development project has received several prestigious awards and nominations. It was named Real Estate Achievement of the Year 2025 and received the annual award of the Estonian Landscape Architects\u2019 Union. It has also been nominated for the annual awards of the Estonian Association of Interior Architects and the Cultural Endowment of Estonia, as well as for the Development Project of the Year title. In addition, the City of Tallinn has recognised the project for the renovation of a building in a way that enhances its historical heritage, alongside several other accolades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
