Invego is offering all teachers working in Estonian schools and kindergartens support of up to \u20ac15,000 towards the purchase of a new home in one of the company’s residential developments – Luccaranna<\/a>, Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla<\/a>, Keila Pargikodud<\/a> and Verve<\/a>. The offer runs until the end of September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, ten teachers have already taken up a similar offer in the past, receiving a combined \u20ac150,000 in support from the developer. “At the start of the new school year, we are once again giving a boost to teachers’ own quality of life. This is a very direct contribution from Invego towards having more well-motivated, dedicated teachers in Estonia,” V\u00e4hi explains, adding that through the initiative the company recognises and supports the everyday work teachers do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teachers have previously used the support to buy homes in the Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla, Luccaranna and Keila Pargikodud developments. Invego is offering \u20ac10,000 towards the purchase of a one-room apartment and \u20ac15,000 towards a two-room or larger apartment, with the offer valid until the end of September. In addition, Invego is the only developer in Estonia to include a five-year construction warranty with every home, covering everything that comes with the apartment at the time of purchase \u2014 from ventilation systems and heating equipment to flooring and taps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
