A total of five million euros was invested in the project. In addition to office spaces, the building also houses Reval Cafe and <em>Sodita<\/em>, a Mexican restaurant with a novel concept.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, the new building fits well into the Telliskivi neighbourhood, where there has so far been a shortage of modern A-class commercial spaces.<br>\u201cOur goal was to create a flexible and contemporary working environment that would also blend seamlessly with Telliskivi\u2019s character and vibrant atmosphere. We are very pleased with the result, which is why we also decided to relocate Invego\u2019s own office to the new building,\u201d said V\u00e4hi. Among other tenants, he highlighted the long-established real estate agency LAAM\u00a0and the communications agency KPMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the ground floor of the building, Reval Cafe\u00a0has already opened its doors, and next week it will be joined by <em>Sodita<\/em>, a restaurant with a fresh and distinctive concept. \u201cTelliskivi is the beating heart of today\u2019s Tallinn, which makes it the ideal location for chef-visionary Orm Oja\u2019s\u00a0new concept. <em>Sodita<\/em>\u00a0is a meeting place for Mexican cuisine, modern music, and a relaxed, easy-going crowd,\u201d promises Anri Treifeldt, who is among the owners of the caf\u00e9, restaurant, and the commercial building itself. He also asks for a bit of patience, as waiting lists for the restaurant\u2019s opening evenings already include several hundred interested guests.
