Our goal remains the same: to make it easier for families with children to own a high-quality home. By supporting families, we\u2019re investing in Latvia\u2019s future \u2014 and our own.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cLatvia Needs More Children\u201d campaign offers \u20ac5,000 in financial support per child, up to a maximum of \u20ac25,000 per household. The support applies to homes in several Invego and Reterra developments \u2014 \u201cV\u012btolu Parks,\u201d \u201cMiera Rezidences,\u201d \u201cSkanstes Rezidences,\u201d and \u201cParka Kvart\u0101ls\u201d in Riga, as well as \u201cVide \u0100da\u017ei\u201d and \u201cM\u0101rupes Sirds\u201d near the capital. The campaign is open to all families purchasing a home in these projects during the campaign period from October 10 to November 30. The offer applies to both completed and under-construction homes that are listed for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Reigo Randmets, CEO of Reterra, the idea behind the initiative was rooted in demographic trends showing that Latvia\u2019s birth rate continues to decline. \u201cAlthough the overall numbers are concerning, there are also positive signs,\u201d he notes. \u201cData from the Central Statistical Bureau shows that the share of families having a third or fourth child has increased over the past decade. Bigger families naturally need bigger homes \u2014 and this campaign helps them get one. We want to ensure that every family has access to sustainable, modern, and comfortable housing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLatvia\u2019s population challenge affects everyone \u2014 and we believe that businesses should also play a part in finding solutions,\u201d comments Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi. \u201cOur developments are designed for real families, with green courtyards, playgrounds, and layouts that support everyday life.
