The first construction phase of the ambitious new residential district <\/strong>V\u012btolu Parks<\/strong><\/a>  is already in motion, bringing to life <\/strong>Invego<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s vision of a harmonious living environment focused on people well-being. Situated between the green Me\u017eaparks and dynamic Skanste district, the project will include eight buildings with 360 apartments, surrounded by a park with several carefully landscaped courtyards. The new A-class energy-efficient residential complex will consist of eight seven-story buildings. The architecture is led by RUUME arhitekti, who have envisioned a living environment where people and nature coexist in harmony. To ensure architectural diversity, the buildings will feature three different facade styles, balcony solutions, and varied top floor configurations. Residents will be able to enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the rooms with natural light, as well as modern interior design and nature-inspired finishes. Every apartment will also have a good size balcony or terrace for relaxing moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A hallmark of Invego\u2019s developments is the thoughtfully designed, family friendly environment, which will also be a defining element of V\u012btolu Parks. The CEO of Invego cites the excellent location as one of the main advantages offered by V\u012btolu Parks. Nearby are kindergartens, schools, shops, and public transport, with Riga\u2019s city center just a short drive away. The complex will also include commercial spaces to provide essential services such as a hair salon, dry cleaning, and a caf\u00e9, all within the neighborhood. The new project at V\u012btolu Street 2 will be located in a truly unique location \u2013 between two very different, but equally sought-after neighborhoods of Riga. On one side \u2013 Me\u017eaparks with its proximity to nature, wide walking paths, Riga National Zoo and the \u0136\u012b\u0161ezers embankment, which is an ideal place for both a peaceful holiday with the family and spending time alone.
