In January, we sold the last of the 501 homes in the Tiskreoja residential district, and going forward, homes developed by Invego in this area will only be available on the secondary market. Located on the border of the City of Tallinn and Harku Municipality, the completed residential district is highly valued for its scale, cohesive overall concept, and diverse leisure opportunities.
According to Invego’s CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, Tiskreoja has served as a kind of trendsetter in many respects. “This is the first residential district in the area to be developed in such a holistic and versatile way. As a result, the value of the first homes completed five years ago has continued to grow over time,” Vähi emphasizes. He highlights several key strengths of Tiskreoja homes that have since become a standard for many: thanks to spacious balconies and terraces as well as large window surfaces, the homes are filled with natural light; the interior walls have stronger-than-standard sound insulation; and even the three-storey apartment buildings are equipped with elevators.
Tiskreoja is also unique for its extensive sports and leisure facilities, into which the developer invested more than one million euros. “In addition to a large children’s playground, the quarter includes a full-size basketball court, an outdoor gym, a stretching area, and even a skate park,” describes the head of Invego. Vähi is confident that holistic and people-centred developments add value to the entire urban environment of the area.
Built on a total of six hectares, the architectural concept of the Tiskreoja residential district was designed by PIN Architects, with construction carried out by NOBE.
