The Association of Estonian Real Estate Companies has selected the Krulli Park development as the winner of the Real Estate Achievement of the Year 2025 contest.
Developed by Invego, Krulli Park is one of the most significant urban developments in Estonia over the past decade and has received numerous architecture and design awards. Krulli Park is a unique building complex that combines historical heritage with modern architecture through its limestone walls and high ceilings. Here, the legacy of the previous century meets the contemporary vision of leading architects Martin Aunin and Kaur Talpsepp.
The limestone building at the heart of the quarter has been thoroughly restored and redeveloped into an approximately 30,000 m² A+ class loft-style office and commercial complex. The modern technologies and solutions used in the project have earned the buildings a BREEAM certification, confirming their environmental friendliness, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The anchor tenant of the Krulli Park business quarter is global fintech leader Wise, with its new Estonian headquarters.
The park at the center of the quarter introduces a completely new urban environment to the area – a green space with mature trees and more than 18,000 new plants, divided into zones suitable for work and leisure and open to the entire city.
The “Real Estate Achievement of the Year” was awarded for the 15th time. The winner was announced at EKFL’s annual spring conference “Where is the Estonian real estate market heading?”. In addition to a certificate of recognition, Invego also received the sculpture “Man at the Window of His Dream House” by Tauno Kangro. The competition jury consists of eight respected Estonian real estate experts.
The Association of Estonian Real Estate Companies was established in 1994 and brings together companies engaged in real estate brokerage, development, management, and consulting (www.ekfl.ee).
