A topping-out ceremony was recently held for the first phase of the Keila Pargikodud residential district, which is set to be completed by the end of the year. With a total investment volume of €17 million, the ceremony celebrated the efforts of the construction company NOBE, as acknowledged by the developer, Invego.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, Keila Pargikodud offers a tranquil living environment where nature and urban life blend seamlessly. “These will be the most beautiful homes in Keila—bright apartments with large balconies that open up to nature. The buildings are designed to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding park forest, allowing families to enjoy life amidst greenery,” Vähi said, emphasizing that a thoughtfully designed living environment ensures ample privacy for every resident.
“The buildings of Keila Pargikodud are a striking example of the harmony between construction art and creativity. The unique facade adds freshness to the area. We thank Invego and all partners for their trust and excellent collaboration—together, we are creating something lasting and distinctive,” said Priit Nigols, Construction Director and Member of the Board at NOBE.
The Keila Pargikodud residential district will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, housing a total of 120 apartments ranging from one to five rooms, complete with balconies and terraces. The development also includes well-planned recreational areas and a playground with attractions for children of all ages. Additionally, all homebuyers will benefit from a five-year construction guarantee provided by Invego, ensuring peace of mind and a smooth settling-in process. The homes are located in a green area just a few steps from Keila’s health trails, water center, and school.
Invego is one of Estonia’s leading real estate developers with over a decade of experience and nearly 30 development projects currently underway across three countries.
