Invego has launched sales for its new project, VERVE. A total of 60 homes with an innovative concept will be developed in Haabneeme, Viimsi Parish, with the first homes scheduled for completion in 2027. The project’s total investment exceeds EUR 18 million.
According to Invego’s CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the Verve residential quarter, located in the immediate vicinity of the Viimsi Open Air Museum, represents a unique solution in which the terraced houses are arranged not side by side, but rather back to back. “This type of layout allows for more energy-efficient construction and brings more natural daylight and large window surfaces into the homes. In addition, the stepped building design provides greater privacy for each courtyard,” Vähi explains. He also highlights that such a solution makes the home layouts compact and efficient, which in turn helps keep home prices more accessible.
One of Verve’s key strengths is its location and surrounding environment, as both the residential quarter itself and the surrounding area feature natural mature greenery. “The new homes will be surrounded by abundant greenery, as we will preserve the surrounding forest area to the greatest possible extent and integrate it sustainably into the living environment being created,” Vähi confirms, emphasizing that in addition to location and planning, it is essential for the surroundings of the homes to be distinctive and cohesive.
The Verve residential quarter is primarily suitable for families seeking a more spacious home and who value a calm and private living environment. “In addition to the residential quarter itself being surrounded by greenery, the area around the Verve terraced houses includes protected RMK forest areas, and the seaside is just a few minutes away. The nearby area also offers the Laanelinnu kindergarten, schools, and other everyday amenities,” Vähi explains.
The Verve residential quarter being developed by Invego in Haabneeme, Viimsi Parish, will consist of five A energy class terraced houses, providing a total of 60 spacious next-generation homes. The first homes, located at Metsalille tee 1 and Metsalille tee 3, are scheduled for completion in 2027.
