Invego buys your old home so you can move into a new one!
Invego’s campaign “NEW FOR YOU, OLD FOR US” makes changing homes easier and more flexible. If you’ve found your perfect new home in one of Invego’s developments – Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla, or Keila Pargikodud – but haven’t yet sold your current property, Invego will help you handle the situation with ease.
How does the process work?
Choose your new home from one of Invego’s developments:

Let us know that you wish to use your current home as a down payment for the new one.
Invego will assess the value of your current home and make you a purchase offer. We provide offers for properties located in Tallinn, nearby municipalities, Tartu, and Pärnu.
If you accept our offer, we’ll sign the necessary agreements for purchasing your new home and selling the existing one.
Selling or buying through us:
If the sale of your current home doesn’t go through before the completion of your new one, we’ll purchase your old home ourselves and deduct its value from the price of the new home. The sales period will be at least 3 months.
The campaign runs from 20.09–31.10.2025.
