The issuer of Invego Group bonds, Invego Group OÜ (ISIN: EE0000003655), is required under the Income Tax Act to withhold 22% income tax from interest payments made to Estonian resident individuals. If you have decided to acquire securities through an investment account in order to defer your income tax liability, please complete the application form below and notify Invego of your wish to receive interest payments in full.
Investors who have not previously informed the issuer of such a preference are kindly requested to submit the completed application at least 10 business days prior to the interest payment date. Applications submitted later will be taken into account from the following interest payment dates. The bond interest payment dates are: 26 June, 26 September, 26 December and 26 March.

By submitting this declaration, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that the Invego bonds have been acquired through the above-mentioned investment account, which I declare to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board as such. Accordingly, I request to defer the payment of income tax on interest received into the investment account under the investment account system.
