In the first two months of the year, 15 families took advantage of the new home support offered by Invego, with the total amount of support reaching €170,000.
The motivation behind the home purchase support was the declining birth rate and negative natural population growth in Estonia in recent years, which is both a current concern and a deepening issue. “Estonia needs more children, and we all want young families to feel more secure and confident in making significant life decisions,” commented Invego’s CEO, Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
According to Vähi, it is natural for successful companies to give back to society through various charitable initiatives. “This is our contribution to combating population decline and an aging society while supporting Estonia’s development. At the same time, we are helping families with children fulfill their dreams,” emphasized the Invego CEO, adding that similar initiatives can be expected from the company in the future.
At the beginning of this year, Invego offered a home purchase support of up to €25,000, depending on the number of children in the family. The grant applied to homes in the Keila Pargikodud, Uus-Järveküla, Tiskreoja, and Luccaranna developments. Additionally, all newly built homes by Invego include an exclusive five-year warranty period, which is unique in Estonia.
