Last year, Invego sold a total of 174 new homes in Estonia and Latvia and completed the €75 million Krulli Park business quarter development in Tallinn. As of February 2026, the company has a total of 12 residential areas in public sale and active development across Estonia, Latvia, and Portugal.
Growth in residential real estate volumes began last year in Latvia, where the company sold 83 apartments in Riga and its surrounding areas—more than twice as many as the year before. “Last year, Invego still sold more homes in Estonia than in Latvia, but this year both overall market development and several of our own large-scale projects will reach phases that allow us to forecast significant sales growth there,” commented Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego. He added that alongside the existing six projects, sales have also started this year for the new Torņakalna Terases homes, and two additional large-scale developments are planned to be launched during the year.
According to Kantar Emor, Invego is among the three most reputable real estate developers in Estonia. Last year, the company completed sales in the 500-home Tiskreoja residential area in Estonia, although no new projects were added. “Developing integrated residential neighborhoods is a long-term process, and sales often depend on the development phase of different projects. Just a couple of weeks ago, in addition to Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla, and Keila Pargikodud, we also launched public sales of Verve, a new terraced housing development located in Viimsi’s most prestigious area,” described the CEO, adding that the company expects stability and modest growth in the Estonian market this year.
In addition to residential development, last year was highly successful for Invego in the commercial real estate sector, as the €75 million Krulli Park business quarter was completed in Tallinn, with Wise as its anchor tenant. “This is not only a commercial success story—Krulli Park as a development project has received several recognitions,” commented Vähi, highlighting that Krulli Park received recognition from the City of Tallinn for the renovation and expansion of a building that enriches the historical environment. In addition, the quarter was among the nominees for the Tallinn Entrepreneurship Awards Development Project of the Year 2025, the Cultural Endowment Annual Award 2025, the Estonian Association of Interior Architects Annual Award 2025, and Timber Building of the Year 2025. Invego has also recently completed another 1,500 m² office building in the Telliskivi district of Tallinn, with a total investment of €5 million.

With more than 10 years of operating history, the Invego Group includes over 60 companies in Estonia, Latvia, and Portugal, with nearly 30 different development projects currently underway. Invego has developed more than 150,000 m² to date, with an additional 500,000 m² of residential and commercial real estate currently in development.
In recent years, Invego has developed new homes for more than a thousand families in Tallinn and its surrounding areas. Its largest completed developments include Vana-Peetri, Tiskreoja, and Tabasalu Kodu, while Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla, Keila Pargikodud, and Verve residential areas are currently under development. The company has also developed over 50,000 m² of commercial space.
In the Latvian capital, Invego is developing the Torņakalna Terases and Vītolu Parks residential areas, and together with development partner Reterra, the Parka Kvartāls, Skanstes Rezidences, and Miera Rezidences projects. In the immediate vicinity of Riga, Invego is developing the large-scale Mārupes Sirds residential area and the Vide Ādaži housing district consisting solely of terraced houses. In southern Portugal, the 65-hectare Silves Hills development with 154 villas is currently under development, suitable for both year-round living and seasonal use.
