Invego is offering home purchase support of up to €15,000 to all teachers working in Latvian schools and kindergartens until the end of September. This support can be applied toward the purchase of a new home — regardless of its size — in any of the residential areas developed by the company.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, the initiative is designed to recognize and meaningfully support the everyday work of teachers.
“A new home brings joy and fresh energy — and that’s exactly what we aim to offer as a developer. With the school year just around the corner and the long summer break coming to an end, we hope this offer expresses real appreciation and gives teachers something uplifting to look forward to as they return to their important work,” explains Vähi.
Invego currently offers a wide range of new homes in and around Riga — from private row houses with gardens in Vide Ādaži and Mārupes Sirds, to spacious apartments with balconies and terraces in Vītolu Parks, and in Parka Kvartāls, Skanstes Rezidences, and Miera Rezidences, developed in collaboration with Reterra.
“Our developments stand out for their smart layouts and strong focus on comprehensive planning — including landscaped green areas, playgrounds, sports facilities, and thoughtfully designed communal spaces,” Vähi adds.
The offer is valid for home purchases made between August 4 and September 30, 2025.
To qualify, buyers must provide written confirmation that they are employed as teachers in a Latvian school or kindergarten. Accepted documents include a professional certificate, an excerpt from the professional register, educational qualifications, or similar proof.
