Invego is offering a home purchase grant of up to €15,000 to all teachers working in Estonian schools and kindergartens until the end of August, applicable toward the purchase of a new home—regardless of its size—in any of the residential areas developed by the company.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, the motivation behind the grant is to recognize and reward the everyday work of teachers. “A new home brings joy and provides fresh energy, and that’s exactly what we can offer as a developer. Now that the school year is ending and the long summer holiday is beginning, teachers will hopefully have more free time to relax and make plans for the future,” Vähi explains the timing of the offer.
Invego currently has a wide range of new homes for sale in and around Tallinn—from more private row houses with gardens in Uus-Järveküla, to spacious apartments with balconies and terraces in the residential areas of Keila Pargikodud, Luccaranna, and Tiskreoja. “Invego developments stand out for their smart layouts and a strong emphasis on comprehensive planning of the entire residential area, including landscaping, recreational areas, playgrounds, and sports facilities,” emphasizes Vähi. He also adds that every home comes with a 5-year construction warranty covering everything included in the apartment at the time of purchase—from ventilation systems and heating units to flooring and faucets.
The offer is valid for teachers who purchase a home in an Invego development between May 12, 2025, and August 31, 2025.
To qualify for the grant, the customer must provide written confirmation that they work as a teacher in an Estonian school or kindergarten. Acceptable documents include a professional certificate, an excerpt from the professional register, educational qualifications, and similar documents.
