In the Keila Pargikodud residential district being developed by Invego, with an investment of 17 million euros, the first stage with 40 homes has been completed. All apartments, located in a natural pine forest, are bright thanks to large windows and balconies-terraces.
According to Invego’s CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the homes are ready for moving in and new homeowners will receive their keys in the coming days. “From the homebuyers’ perspective, it is important that alongside a well-planned apartment, the entire surrounding living environment is comprehensively designed. The Apex architectural bureau has done an excellent job, and I can confidently say that this is the most beautiful residential district in Keila,” emphasizes Vähi, adding that every home has its own spacious balcony or terrace, intended as an extension of the living room. This way, every resident has views of greenery among lush pines and at the same time enough privacy.
In Vähi’s opinion, Keila is today preferred not only by locals but also by residents of Tallinn who wish to live at a calmer pace, while still having the possibility to reach the city center of Tallinn in half an hour. “Keila has developed significantly in recent years, with a large number of services and leisure opportunities added one after another, not to mention kindergartens and schools,” says the Invego CEO, pointing out as an example the soon-to-be-opened modern center with a cinema, sports club and large children’s area, as well as the award-winning song stage, park complex, and numerous opportunities for sports, from the swimming pool to ski tracks.
The Keila Pargikodud residential district will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, with a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces, as well as thoughtfully planned leisure areas and a recreational area for children of different ages. All homebuyers will also receive from Invego a five-year construction warranty, so that the new owner does not have to worry about their investment and can comfortably settle into their new home. Pargikodud is located in a landscaped area just a few steps from Keila’s health trails, water park and school.
