The new 40M euro residential project Miera Rezidences, developed by Invego and Reterra, was officially launched for the public today. Even before the launch, the project had already attracted extraordinary attention, with 943 people pre-registering their interest.
“From the very beginning, we knew this would become a landmark development but the fact that nearly a thousand people have shown interest has exceeded even our highest prognosis. While we are continuing contacting all those “early birds”, first dozen apartments have already been reserved,” says Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego. “The real estate market in Riga has been very active over the past six months, and if one project deserves this level of attention, it is certainly Miera Rezidences. The location is exceptional, and we are offering homes with floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant natural light, spacious balconies and terraces, sustainable features, and the kind of quality that truly enhances everyday living. Looking for a beautiful park, this is a chance to really upgrade their lifestyle and invest safely in the future.”
Reigo Randmets, CEO of Reterra, also highlights that the location is the main attraction. Many pre-registered buyers already live in the area and value Miera Street’s unique charm – its green spaces, large park views, and cultural vibrancy. The project is seen as a rare opportunity, since no new developments are available in this part of Riga.
“We also see that homebuyers are increasingly focused on smart layouts, sustainability, and everyday comfort,” Reigo Randmets adds. “Miera Rezidences has been designed with these needs in mind – from Class A energy efficiency and underfloor heating to individual ventilation systems, underground parking, and thoughtfully planned interiors filled with natural light. It’s a modern, cozy, and future-proof home in one of Riga’s most beloved neighborhoods. That combination is exactly what makes this project stand out in the Riga real estate market.”
Developers share insight that particularly strong demand is for two and three room homes. Some apartments have proven especially popular, with up to six potential buyers having registered their interest. Families with children are showing the greatest interest in apartments with private gardens and terraces. One of the key features drawing people to Miera Rezidences is the quiet, private inner courtyard, designed car free area with greenery, play areas for children, and recreation spaces. It will not only provide a safe environment for kids to play but also create a welcoming place for neighbors to enjoy and spend time together.
The new residential complex Miera Rezidences in Riga, Miera Street 75, will offer 172 modern, energy-efficient apartments with 2.8-meter-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. All apartments will also include large balconies or terraces. The architectural concept of the project was developed through architectural competition with Latvian architects from the firm Tectum.
The development will be implemented in two phases, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2026.
