The construction of the new residential area “Vide Ādaži” will be carried out by the company “Mitt & Perlebach”, and the construction works have already started. Developer will invest 20 million euros in this project, and the first houses are expected to be completed in spring 2025.
The new project is being developed by “Invego”, one of Estonia’s leading real estate developers. The company’s CEO, Kristjan-Thor Vähi, says that the “Vide Ādaži” development is a reflection of the company’s commitment to creating a place for a sustainable and environmentally friendly community.
“This will be a unique residential area that combines a peaceful, green environment with well-developed infrastructure, providing the perfect balance between urban amenities and the tranquility of nature,” continues Kristjan-Thor Vähi.

“Mitt & Perlebach” has already completed many projects in Estonia and Latvia, such as cooperative apartment complex “Nameja Rezidence”, project ““Annenhof Mājas”, apartment complex “MOHO PARK” and others.
The new project “Vide Ādaži” will be located just over ten kilometers from Riga and will consist of one and two-story terraced houses with a spacious terrace and its own part of the garden.
