Invego has started the final stage of construction for the Uus-Järveküla residential area, a €40 million project consisting of 165 townhouses and semi-detached homes. The last 32 homes are expected to be completed by early 2026.
In the Uus-Järveküla residential area, which includes a total of 165 homes, all semi-detached houses have already been sold. However, townhouses are still available for immediate move-in or can be purchased with the option to customize the layout according to personal preferences. “Although the real estate market has been relatively calm over the past three years, new homes in Uus-Järveküla have continued to sell steadily throughout this period. Now, we have reached the final stage of construction and sales,” says Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi. He further emphasizes that just in the first two months of this year, eight new homes have already found their owners.
“Essentially, people are buying a house for the price of a larger apartment—a townhouse, which offers many of the benefits of a standalone home but with fewer responsibilities,” explains Vähi, highlighting the main reason why Uus-Järveküla has been so attractive to new residents. Additionally, all A-energy-class homes in Uus-Järveküla come with a unique five-year construction warranty provided by Invego, ensuring that new homeowners can settle in comfortably without concerns about their investment.
“The popularity of this first large-scale and fully planned townhouse area in Estonia represents a step towards a Scandinavian lifestyle, where such private residential communities have already proven their value,” Vähi explains. He adds that the heart of the community will be a central courtyard area offering a variety of sports and leisure facilities, including a playground with an adventure course, an outdoor gym, and a beach volleyball court. “Our goal is to provide families with a home where everything they need is within reach. Schools, kindergartens, and, of course, good connections to Tallinn city center are all nearby,” Vähi states.
A total of 165 townhouses and semi-detached homes will be built in the Uus-Järveküla residential area, catering to families who want to live close to nature, near the city, and appreciate greater privacy and a natural environment compared to apartment buildings. The area features convenient access to shops, schools, and kindergartens, along with excellent transport connections to the city by both public transport and car.
The Uus-Järveküla residential area is being developed by Invego, with EfTEN Capital’s EfTEN United Property Fund as the project’s financial partner. The architectural design was created by PIN Arhitektid, and the construction work is managed by NOBE.
