A topping-out ceremony was held for the last six houses in the Uus-Järveküla residential district, a joint development by EfTEN United Property Fund and Invego, which has cost over 40 million euros. The development, comprising 165 terraced and semi-detached homes, will be fully completed by early next year.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego, more than four-fifths of the homes in Uus-Järveküla have already been sold.
“A few years ago, we managed to accurately anticipate what people expect from a home today. That’s why, even during the more difficult years on the real estate market, new homeowners continued to move to Uus-Järveküla,” said Vähi. He explained that sufficient space and privacy offered by terraced homes, along with a peaceful and green environment, are the key attributes that families with children are looking for. He also emphasized that shops, schools, and kindergartens are within walking distance, while smooth connections to Tallinn city center are maintained.
Vähi described the Uus-Järveküla residential area as an example of how a cohesive and pleasant living environment can be created through strong partnerships, a clear vision, and a dedicated team.
“You can clearly see that residents really enjoy living here, as much of the sales effort is actually done by people who confidently invite their friends to move in,” said Vähi. He added that another major asset is the integrated outdoor space, a hallmark of Invego’s developments. These areas include climbing and play zones for children of different ages, as well as diverse opportunities for sports and leisure.
All homes in Uus-Järveküla are built from high-quality materials, rated energy class A, and come with a five-year construction warranty, giving new homeowners peace of mind about their investment and allowing them to settle comfortably into their new homes. “At this final topping-out ceremony, I want to give special thanks to the construction company NOBE for their smooth and on-schedule collaboration,” praised Vähi.
The Uus-Järveküla residential area is being developed by Invego, with EfTEN Capital’s real estate fund, EfTEN United Property Fund, as the financial partner. The project was designed by PIN Architects and constructed by NOBE.
