Two Estonian real estate developers, Invego and Reterra have launched the presale of their newest residential project in Riga – “Miera Rezidences”. With a total investment of 40 million euros, construction of 172 modern homes is planned to start in the beginning of 2026.

The architectural concept of the residential complex was chosen through competition and has been developed further in close collaboration with Latvian architects from Tectum, who also serve as the main designers of the project. The apartments will feature 2.8-meter-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring spaciousness and natural light. All apartments have spacious balconies or terraces. The project will include A-class energy efficiency solutions, smart layouts, and upper-floor apartments will be prepared for cooling system installation. An underground parking lot will also be constructed. The development is planned in two construction phases.
In Latvia, Reterra and Invego are currently developing also the residential districts “Parka Kvartāls” and “Skanstes Rezidences“. In addition, Invego has another three large scale developments ongoing: “Vītolu Parks” apartments in Riga and row house projects “Vide Ādaži” and “Mārupes Sirds.”
