The sustainable residential complex “Vītolu Parks” in Sarkandaugava, between the dynamic Skanste neighborhood and the green Mežaparks, has received its construction permit. First two buildings of this 75 million euros development will be ready in 2026.
“Receiving the construction permit marks an important milestone in our journey to bring this new project to life in one of Riga’s most promising neighborhoods,” says Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego. “Here, we are creating a living environment for people who value quality of life and a close connection to the city. Our goal is to develop a neighborhood that makes a lasting contribution to Riga’s urban landscape.”
“Vītolu Parks” is envisioned as a well-thought-out residential quarter offering modern apartments in a green setting — combining contemporary architecture, sustainable solutions, and proximity to nature — all just minutes from Riga’s city center.
The new A class energy-efficient residential complex has been designed by the experienced team at RUUME arhitekti, known for their holistic approach to design. Future residents will enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in abundant natural light, modern interior solutions, and nature-inspired aesthetics. Each apartment will also feature either a balcony or a terrace.
One of the hallmarks of Invego’s developments is the attention paid not only to modern, comfortable homes, but also to the creation of carefully considered, people-oriented surroundings. According to Invego’s CEO, the new project will integrate pedestrian and cycling paths to ensure accessibility throughout the neighborhood. Parking will primarily be underground, leaving more open space for the community. Multiple green zones and playgrounds for children are also planned.
“The goal of the project is to create an inspiring and contemporary environment where every resident can enjoy harmony and a safe, peaceful atmosphere,” adds Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
In Latvia, Invego is currently developing projects “Vītolu Parks”, “Parka Kvartāls”, “Skanstes Rezidences”, “Mārupes Sirds” and “Vide Ādaži”.
Apartments in the first two buildings of the “Vītolu Parks” are already available for purchase, and several units have already been sold. More information on floor plans, pricing, and reservations can be found at www.vitolu.lv.
