The exclusive residential development “Skanstes Rezidences” in Skanste district has been commissioned, marking the successful delivery of the 14 million euros project and one of the capital’s newest high-quality residential developments with 67 premium apartments.
Developed by Invego and Reterra, “Skanstes Rezidences” is located at Grostonas Street 9 and comprises two eight-storey A-class energy-efficient contemporary residential buildings designed by “Salto Architects”.
“The commissioning of “Skanstes Rezidences” is an important milestone for everyone involved. Our ambition from the outset was to create more than just apartments – a distinctive residential environment combining world-class architecture, comfort and long-term value. Designed for a modern, active urban lifestyle, the project also offers strong long-term appeal for private investors. We are proud to see this vision become reality and welcome residents to their new homes,” explains Kristjan-Thor Vähi, CEO of Invego.
“Skanste has evolved into one of Riga’s most dynamic neighborhoods, and “Skanstes Rezidences” is part of that transformation. Its combination of a vibrant urban setting, excellent connectivity and high-quality residential architecture makes it an attractive place to live and a strong addition to Riga’s growing housing market. We are proud to have contributed to the continued development of Skanste and to bringing this project to completion,” adds Reigo Randmets, CEO of Reterra.
The “Skanstes Rezidences” residential complex, constructed by “Mapri Būve”, comprises 67 apartments ranging from one to four rooms, with prices starting from €124,900. Designed with an emphasis on natural light, spaciousness and contemporary comfort, the residences feature large windows, balconies, private terraces on the first floor and loft-style layouts, with selected apartments offering ceiling heights of up to six meters. Residents will also have access to rooftop terraces, while a spacious underground parking garage provides additional convenience.
The completion of “Skanstes Rezidences” marks another step in the transformation of Skanste and contributes to the growing supply of modern, energy-efficient housing in Riga. Current availability and apartment information are published on the project’s website: www.skanstes.lv
